Elizabeth Sherman is a Life and Weight Loss coach who works with (mostly) women in mid life who want to lose weight but are done with dieting. Through focusing on easy to do, sustainable habits, and the obstacles that get in the way, she guides clients to the set of lifestyle habits that works for them. Using cues like energy levels, cravings, appetite, mood, and sleep quality, she helps her clients design the right health program for their body and lifestyle with the idea that they can achieve optimal health; which then leads to better relationships, self-esteem, and overall life happiness. Elizabeth hosts a weekly podcast called Done with Dieting where she give simple, easy-to-do advice on how to get more consistent with your health habits so that your inner critic doesn’t have anything to complain about anymore.
Elizabeth is a Chicago native, but now conducts her coaching business in Mexico, and through the advancements in technology, meets with her clients through video: focusing on the areas of health —eating, moving, stress and sleep management, body image — and how we think about them.
