Jessica McMichael, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and certified Life coach. Jess is also a wife and mother who experienced all-consuming overwhelm that seemed unsolvable. Jess learned “the Model” through the Life Coach School, and her life transformed. She now enjoys freedom through managing her mind. On her path of personal growth, she discovered a new passion in teaching these skills to as many people as possible.
